What We Collect

Name, email, phone, country (for tax/jurisdiction purposes), Stripe payment metadata, and basic session logs (date, duration, issue category) — that's it.

What We Don't Collect

We never store passwords, credentials, browsing history, or files from your device. We do not run continuous monitoring software. After the session, our remote access token expires automatically.

Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details.

Compliance
