"RemoteFix 24/7" refers to the remote IT support service operated by IT Cares Canada. "Client" refers to any person who books a session. "Session" refers to a single remote support interaction.
RemoteFix 24/7 provides software and configuration remote IT support only. We do not perform hardware repairs, physical device service, or any work requiring physical access to your device.
The service is billed at a flat rate of $149.99 USD per session, charged via Stripe at booking. Payment is required to enter the priority queue.
If we cannot resolve the reported software or configuration issue during the 1-hour session, you are entitled to a 50% refund ($74.99 USD) within 5 business days. We retain 50% ($75.00) as compensation for the senior technician's full hour on the encrypted session. A full $149.99 refund applies only when the session cannot begin, is out of scope within the first 10 minutes, or fails due to our technical error. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
RemoteFix 24/7 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the session ($149.99 USD).
All sessions run over AnyDesk's end-to-end encrypted connection. We never store passwords or credentials. Access tokens expire automatically after the session.
The Client is responsible for: providing accurate device ownership, maintaining a working internet connection, backing up critical data before the session, and granting necessary permissions for remote access.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Disputes resolved by Quebec courts.
We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon posting at remotefix247.com/terms.html.
